Entry level positions
You are a junior engineer or a recent graduate. If you are still attending your MSc classes, we can work around that.
You are excited about designing and delivering industrial project, especially steel constructs and machines, in the cement industry or energy sector. You are pro-active, both in asking for help and asking for tasks to do.
You are fluent in English. German language skills considered an advantage.

Our open junior positions
TEKLA Designer
If you are at the final year of your vocational studies and would love to gain professional experience in the heavy industry via an industrial engineering firm, you are at the right place.
We will teach you the necessary skills to complete your tasks, but some experience with a modelling software is required.
You are expected to bring your best self to the office every day: you have to be precise, reliable, and a good teamplayer.
What will you do?
Your basic task as a TEKLA designer will be to create 3D modeling of supporting structures based on the received data, to prepare various technical drawings (element plans, product plans, layout plans), and prepare lists (bills of materials, product lists, etc.).
It may be necessary to interpret foreign language documents (English or German) as we work for an international clientale.
Mechanical engineers (to be)
If you are close to complete your mechanical engineering undergraduate studies or attending your masters courses, you may be interested in joining our team of mechanical engineers in a flexible work arrengement.
You must speak English at least to a certain where you can understand data sent by our foreign clients.
You also must be fluent in Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
Experience in designing steel structures and assembly drawings are considered as an advantage.
What will you do?
Your main task as a junior mechanical engineer will be to design the basic 3D models prepared by the chief mechanical designer (basic engineering, detail engineering), and to prepare technical drawings.
It may be necessary to interpret foreign language documents (English or German) as we work for an international clientale.
Seasoned professionals
You are an experienced engineer, with proficient in the heavy industry and/or with steel structures.
You are excited about designing and delivering industrial project, especially steel constructs and machines, in the cement industry or energy sector. You are pro-active, and a real team-player, who's also comfortable mentoring the junior colleagues.
You are fluent in English. German language skills considered an advantage.

Our open medior positions
Structural engineer
If you have a few years of experience as a structural engineer, preferably in designing industrial steel structures) you may be interested in joining our team. This is primarily an on-site position.
You must be able to work and manage projects independently, often in an international environment.
Good communication skills and professional level English skills are required. German is an advantage.
What will you do?
Your tasks as a structural engineer will be the following:

Acting as a structural engineer on projects of various sizes (mainly for foreign markets).

Liaising with clients, both in writing and verbally.

Coordinating more complex projects by managing internal and external resources.

Ensuring that the quality of service expected by management and all deadlines are met.

Performing control tasks.

You may expect site visits a few times a year, including our foreign partners.
